Coverage
Singular hardware carries a 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and finish under normal residential use, and 2 years in commercial applications. Gaskets and wear parts carry 1 year.
What voids it
Installation outside the published glass thickness or load rating, abrasive or acidic cleaners on finishes, and modification of the hardware.
Claims
Send photos and the order number by WhatsApp or email. Valid claims get a replacement part shipped first, questions asked second.
