Shipping
Orders placed before 1 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day from Medley. Florida arrives in 1 to 2 business days, the Southeast in 2 to 3, and the rest of the country in 3 to 5. Local customers can pick up free at our Medley counter (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM), the same day for orders placed by 1 PM Eastern.
Shipping is priced from live carrier rates for your address and shown at checkout before you pay. We don't offer free shipping. Faster services appear at checkout when the carrier offers them for your address.
Returns
Items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when purchased can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit; from day 31 to 90 a 15% restocking fee applies, and returns aren't accepted after 90 days. We don't issue refunds for returned items. Glazing supplies and tools are final sale. To start a return, email info@besingular.us with your order number and we'll send you a return authorization number (RMA). Return shipping is paid by the customer; when the mistake is ours — the item arrived damaged, defective or wasn't what you ordered — we cover it. Read the full return policy.
