Commercial pivot doors

A frameless commercial glass door pivots on patch fittings clamped to its top and bottom corners instead of hanging on hinges. The Hydraulic Patch Door Kit puts the closing control in the fitting itself, so the door self-closes without an overhead closer.

Hydraulic Patch Door Kit

• Stainless steel patch fittings with 140° double-action opening — the door swings both ways.
• Holds open at 90° and 140°, with 120° available as an option.
• Two adjustable closing speeds.
• For 3/8" (10 mm) to 9/16" (14.28 mm) tempered glass doors up to 220 lb (100 kg).

Single kits and cartons

The kit is sold singly, and as a contractor carton of six kits for multi-door commercial jobs, at the same specification.

Before you order

Patch fittings need the corners of the door glass prepared for the fitting, and that work is done before the glass is tempered. Confirm the glass thickness and door weight against the limits above, and plan the floor and header conditions for the pivot.
