Ladder pulls

A ladder pull is a long back-to-back handle with posts through the door, the standard pull for office and commercial glass entrances. Ours are 304 stainless steel, for 5/16" to 1/2" (8–12 mm) tempered glass, and also mount on aluminum and wood doors.

Sizes we stock

• Round, 1" tubing — 12" overall (8" centres) and 18" overall (12" centres), through a 1/2" (12 mm) hole.
• Round, 1-1/4" tubing — 24" (12" centres), 36" (24" centres), 48" (36" centres), 60" (48" centres) and 72" (60" centres), through a 5/8" (16 mm) hole.
• Square, 1-1/4" tubing — 24" overall with 12" centres.
• Locking, 1-3/8" tubing — 48" (36" centres) and 72" (60" centres), with a 1" (24 mm) top hole and a 5/8" (16 mm) bottom hole.

Choosing a size

The centre-to-centre spacing is what the glass is drilled to, so it has to be on the shop drawing before the door is tempered. Taller pulls suit full-height entrance doors; the locking pulls add a lock to a door without separate hardware.

Finishes and stock

All sizes come in Brushed Nickel; the 12", 18" and 24" round pulls also in Chrome Polished, and the 24" round and square in Matte Black. Stock is held in Medley, Miami.
