The more we know up front, the less back-and-forth. For a quote, list each part with its finish and quantity, and tell us whether you will pick up at the counter or need it shipped, with the delivery zip. For a part you can't identify, a photo and the glass thickness are usually enough. If you order by C.R. Laurence numbers, send those — we map them to our parts.
