Shower Hardware

Frameless shower hardware

A frameless enclosure is a set of decisions that have to agree with each other: how the door hangs, how the fixed panel is held, how the top is braced and how the water is kept in. This is the whole range, grouped the way the job is actually built.

Where to start

• Shower kits — one box for a standard door. The fastest way to price and order.
• Hinges and pivot hinges — how the door swings.
• Glass clamps — how the fixed panels are held.
• Headers and brackets — bracing a tall or wide run.
• U-channels — setting a panel into floor, wall or ceiling.
• Seals — the parts that keep water inside.

The two numbers that decide everything

Glass thickness and the angle between panels. We carry 3/8" and 1/2"; the angle is 90°, 135° or 180° depending on whether the door returns square off a fixed panel, sits in a neo-angle corner, or runs in line. Both are set before the glass is cut and neither can be adjusted on site.
