PVC Seals

Ultra clear seals

Seals are what keep water inside the enclosure. They are the cheapest parts on a shower door and the ones a customer notices first when they fail, so they are worth specifying properly rather than fitting whatever is on the van.

What we stock

• Bottom swipe and bottom half round threshold with tape — closing the gap at the floor.
• Bulb seal, 5/32" gap — for the gap between door and jamb or panel.
• Adhesive L — an L-profile seal.
• Bumper and door stopper 180 — stopping the door and protecting the glass edge.
• Panels for medium and long sliding doors.

Measure the gap

Seals are specified by the gap they close, not by the glass thickness — the 5/32" bulb is a 5/32" gap. Measure the actual gap on the installed enclosure, because it is set by how the door hangs and rarely matches the drawing exactly.

Finishes and stock

Seals ships in Chrome Polished, Brushed Nickel, Matte Black and Satin Brass where the finish applies. Stock is held in Medley and quantities on each product page are live, so what you see is what is on the shelf. We also distribute C.R. Laurence Interior Systems and U.S. Aluminum Entrance Systems.
