Seals are what keep water inside the enclosure. They are the cheapest parts on a shower door and the ones a customer notices first when they fail, so they are worth specifying properly rather than fitting whatever is on the van.
Seals are specified by the gap they close, not by the glass thickness — the 5/32" bulb is a 5/32" gap. Measure the actual gap on the installed enclosure, because it is set by how the door hangs and rarely matches the drawing exactly.
